My Background
My name is Connie, and I have spent more than 20 years on the hiring side of the desk.
I have advertised jobs, interviewed candidates, assessed skills, made job offers, negotiated salaries and benefits, hired, and onboarded. I built the evaluation tools used to choose the best people. I understand the hiring process, and I know which resumes get the call.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, plus years of seminars and courses in employment and technology.
I have reviewed thousands of resumes and know exactly what employers look for. I will help you write one that gets noticed and lands interviews.
